New Patient Office Consultation – 20 minutes - $120 

We’ll review your case history, medical history related to your hearing loss, and register your devices in our software. Please note: as a new patient, a recent hearing test (within 6 months) from an audiologist is required for a new consultation. If you don’t have one, we offer the following 4 evaluation options:

Hearing Evaluation Services (20 to 40 minutes)

 

  1. Basic Screening -$60 
  2. Basic Baseline Hearing Test - $120
    A comprehensive evaluation including testing in a sound-treated room to measure your hearing via air and bone conduction, as well as your speech scores. This is the minimum required to adjust your hearing aid prescription, and is used by many providers but it is not complete for best practices (250 to 8kHz measurements only) - If you want a basic baseline hearing test I will not be adjusting your hearing aids that day, as it differs from my protocol.
  3. Comprehensive Baseline Hearing Test - $180
    Includes all the features of the Basic Test, plus measurements of Uncomfortable Loudness Levels (UCLs) across multiple frequencies for each ear to ensure your hearing aids are comfortable at all times. Many people skip this and then their hearing aids are too loud. We also include an extended frequency range (125 to 20kHz) with this test. This is part of our Standard protocol.
  4. Speech-in-Noise Testing - $40
    This test simulates real-world environments to evaluate how your brain processes speech when background noise is present. Maybe you had a comprehensive test somewhere else but never tested your basic ability to process words in noise. The real world does not sound like the beeps in a sound booth, this ensures we understand how you'll function in real life. 
  5. Wellness Visit: Best Practices Hearing Test  (**Recommended) $195
    This comprehensive test includes the Basic Test, Comprehensive Test, and Speech-in-Noise Testing, adhering to Best Practices to ensure a precise and tailored hearing aid prescription. This is the best option for those wanting answers to uncomfortable or insufficient hearing aid fittings or that want to start their fitting at the best possible level of care. This is also perfect for musicians that want to obtain an excellent baseline and for anyone that never had a hearing test before.

 

Hearing Aid Spa Services

  • Professional Clean & Check $150 (new patients), $90 (current patients)
    A listening check and visual inspection are performed, followed by a thorough cleaning, vacuuming, and inspection of 12 critical points of your hearing aids. This service enhances performance and extends their lifespan.
  • Redux Moisture Treatment = $40 (up to 10 minutes) 
    Using advanced vacuum drying technology, this treatment removes deep moisture from your hearing aids, improving sound quality and reliability. If additional time is needed, it costs $10 per extra 10 minutes, with a maximum charge of $80. Perfect for hearing aids recently exposed to water, this service ensures all moisture is completely removed and hearing aids quality are often restored the same day.
  • Earwax Removal $75/ear
    Do your ears produce a lot of wax? Excessive wax can cause your hearing aids to whistle, malfunction, or weaken. Let our Doctors of Audiology clean your ears professionally to keep your hearing aids working at their best.
  • Electroacoustic Testing $100
    This specialized test, part of Best Practices for hearing aids, evaluates your devices’ performance using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure they meet manufacturer standards. Offered by only 20% of clinics, this test eliminates guesswork and provides objective confirmation of proper functionality. We highly recommend electroacoustic testing if you are bringing your own hearing aids to your consultation.
  • In-House Repairs & Upgrades - Starting at $125
    We replace worn parts like domes, filters, and microphone covers and perform in-house repairs to restore your hearing aids to like-new condition. Need an upgrade? We can install a stronger, more powerful speaker to better accommodate your hearing loss. Our team works with all major brands, including Phonak, Oticon, Starkey, Resound, Unitron, Signia, and Widex.

  • Otoscan: 3D Ear Scanning for Perfect Hearing Aid Fit $95 (new patients) or $40 for current patients.

Adjusting or Switching Hearing Aids

Hearing Aid Comparison Trials $300

If you would like to compare different brands of hearing aids, we offer a Speech-in-Noise Test to help you evaluate clarity across various hearing aid brands which one is the best for you. This appointment is approximately 90 minutes long and includes time with their chosen hearing aid at home.

 

Prescription Update $250 for new patients ($150  for current patients)

Includes pairing your hearing aids to your cell phone via Bluetooth, if available. Individual Bluetooth pairing services are also available separately for $25 without a prescription update.
Using Real Ear Measurements (REM), a best practice followed by only 20% of professionals, we customize your hearing aids to your unique ear canal acoustics. Patients often report hearing sounds they’ve never noticed before and feeling more comfortable with their devices. We can also program your hearing aids for gradual adjustments over time or enable automatic daily adjustments for a seamless transition. You can bring your own hearing aids as long as their software is not locked. We can also evaluation over the counter devices and advise if they can be adjusted for your current hearing loss.

 

Hearing Aid Prices
You can bring your own hearing aids or learn about all the different levels of hearing aids we offer in the office. We offer every major brand of devices and prices start at $2000 and end at $6750.  Warranty lengths varies from 1 to 4 years including loss & Damage.

New Hearing Aid Total Care Plans

NEW PATIENT ADOPTION FEE PACKAGES
BYOHA (Bring your own hearing aids) - You purchased your hearing aids someowhere else and hates the prescription. You want us to try our protocol on your current hearing aids.
Basic Package –$795 ($855 value)

Includes New Patient Consultation ($120), Best Practices Hearing Test  ($195), Cleaning of your hearing aids ($150), redux ($40), Electroacoustic Analysis ($100), New Prescription update $250). If your hearing aids are under warranty, repairs are included. This visit takes 2 to 3 hours and does not include follow ups.  Follow up visits are charged per services and can cost $150-$250 a session depending on what is needed.

Best - Complete Protocol - 60 day Plan $1450

 This plan includes a Basic package followed by unlimited access to our hearing aid services for 60 days after your hearing aid fitting . This is ideal for patients who understand that the jorney to better hearing can take a while, as you get used to hearing everything that you are missing - we might do a progressive approach and adapt the prescription to your tolerance levels. In addition to prescription adjustment you'll also be educated on how to take care of your hearing aids and receive support from our staff in the entire process of adaptation that can be as early as 4 to 8 weeks for some patients. This is our usual and costumary protocol and highly recommended.

VIP Club Membership $49/month

As a VIP Club member, current patients can enjoy full access to our Hearing Aid Spa and ear cleaning services throughout the year. Regular maintenance every three months is recommended to ensure your hearing aids are performing their best  are free of excessive wax. Video Otoscopy (where you get to see inside your ears) is included in every appointment. Join today to keep your hearing in top condition all year round!

Beyond the Audiogram

Auditory Processing Evaluations $600

For those who already have a hearing test and a perfectly adjusted hearing aid prescription but still struggle in noisy environments, we offer the Buffalo Model Protocol. Developed by Jack Katz, Ph.D. at the University of Buffalo, this protocol is used to diagnose and treat auditory processing issues. We assess patients (ages 5 years and older) on their deviation from norms across several listening tests. These tests evaluate performance in four key categories:

  • Decoding: The ability to process phonemes quickly and accurately, or the sounds of speech.
  • Tolerance-Fading Memory: The ability to understand speech in competing noise and maintain the short-term memory capacity required to do so.
  • Organization: The ability to organize and store orally presented information in the brain.
  • Integration: The communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

 

Brain Training - Ear Training

$250/session (special package available for 12 sessions).
Remap the sounds in your brain through aural rehabilitation. Just like physical therapy for your ears, this therapy helps rebuild the pathway from your ear to your brain. Offered after a thorough Auditory Processing Evaluation, it betters auditory understanding and processing.

 

Tinnitus Evaluation $150

We will evaluate your tinnitus, test if it can be suppressed, and provide you with a personalized plan to better manage and live with tinnitus.

CBT/OTO Program $499

A cognitive-based program designed to help you stop noticing your tinnitus. This includes:

  • Audiologist Assessment: A detailed assessment to understand how tinnitus is impacting your life.
  • Tinnitus Relief in 10 Minutes a Day: Through the Oto program, complete daily 10-minute audio sessions and learn to tune out tinnitus using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills.
  • Your audiologist will follow up at 8-12 weeks to review your progress and provide additional support if needed.

 

Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) $250/session - 45 minutes

Individual sessions with an audiologist that include sound stimulation therapy (compatible hearing aids are required). Many major hearing aid brands offer built-in options for this therapy. During your new patient consultation, we can assess if your hearing aids are eligible for TRT.

 

Integrative Tinnitus Therapy $295/session - 60 minutes

Combining sound therapy, tinnitus education, counseling, and breathing exercises, this 60-minute session with an audiologist offers a holistic approach to managing tinnitus.
